Each one-bedroom villa offers a private terrace with sun loungers, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The terrace leads onto a shared lush garden with outdoor furniture and a separate seating area. Beach equipment including chairs, a parasol, and a cool box is provided for outings.

The property has two outdoor swimming pools, one of which is heated and open all year. A hot tub, solarium, and sun loungers are available around the pool area. Complimentary cold water and fruit juices are offered at the pool daily.

Flamingo Beach is a 3-minute walk from the villas, with a supermarket and restaurants 5 minutes away. The Rubicon Marina and its weekly handicraft market are a 30-minute stroll. Guests can cycle, snorkel, or scuba dive nearby; Montañas de Fuego is 22 km and Timanfaya National Park 26 km away.

Express check-in and check-out, luggage storage, and a tour desk are available on site. The property provides car hire, free parking, and a safety deposit box. A welcome pack including ham, cheese, wine, and beer is supplied upon arrival, and beach towels are provided.

The one-bedroom villas contain a large comfortable bed, a kitchenette with induction hob and microwave, and air conditioning. Daily cleaning is optional, with towels changed every three days. The complex is adults only, quiet, and consists of just eight villas.
